Lose Weight After Antidepressants: The 7 Steps for Success

Are you looking for how to lose weight after having been taking antidepressants for some time?  You might be dismayed at all the weight you have gained. It is not the end of the world.  Here are 7 effective steps to help you succeed in losing weight after antidepressants.

Step #1:  See your family doctor and ask to switch you to a medication that does not cause you to gain weight as one of its side effects. On your own, do your own research to ensure that all the side effects of any new recommended medication does not cause weight gain.

Make it a new practice to carefully read the food labels so you can have a better idea of the amount of fat any particular food item may have.

Step #7:  Begin supplements that include calcium, vitamin D, and omega 3 fish oils. People appear to have an easier time losing weight when taking these supplements.
